How do I play?
Choose Your Game:
Select one of our movie-themed Mad Libs from the OnlyMads collection.
Gather Your Group:
Get your friends or family together for some fun. The more, the merrier!
Get Your Materials Ready:
You’ll need a printed copy of the OnlyMads mad libs pages, or access to them digitally. Have pens or pencils ready!
Fill in the Blanks on the ANSWER CARD:
Allow one player (the "Writer") to select one of the scenes (without telling anyone else what scene it is) and then read through the ANSWER CARD to prompt others ("Players") to provide words (verbs, nouns, etc.) for the blanks.
Write down the provided words in the corresponding blanks without revealing the story yet.
Read the Story on the GAME CARD:
Once all blanks are filled on the ANSWER CARD, the Writer will read the completed scene aloud on the GAME CARD while subbing in the words written on the ANSWER CARD.
Enjoy the hilarious and unexpected twists that emerge from your friends' word choices!
Now choose another "Writer" to select the next scene - and to keep it spicy, mix and match with different scenes from different OnlyMads move packs.
